Cancellations must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the client's reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. In case of any cancellation on my part, I have (30) days to cancel from the day you booked. I will also be providing a backup artist. Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client. If Client desires to cancel Services, reschedule Services, or if it becomes impossible for Provider to render Services due to the fault of the Client or Client’s party (such as members of the wedding party) fail to attend or fail to provide notice of cancellation or rescheduling within 30 days of the scheduled event, all fees paid by the Client will be retained by the Provider. Additionally, the client remains responsible for the full payment of the agreed-upon Total cost. In cases where the client or related parties cause the cancellation, rescheduling, or failure to show up, and it becomes impossible for the provider to render services, the Provider is not obligated to refund any previously paid monies or to provide future services. If the Provider is able to secure a replacement booking for the event date, they may, at their discretion, choose to excuse the Client from a portion of the remaining balance. Cancellations occurring within 30 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid.
